Julian is Senior Attorney at CANGUEIRO & RUIZ ABOGADOS. He specializes in corporate law, banking, litigation, trusts, and investments. Some of his clients include the World Bank, the IFC, the Argentinean government, and top energy companies.

ANDRÉS FINKIELSZTAIN

CEO

Andrés was the co-founder of Bitfarms and sits on the Board of Directors of Goldmoney. He was the former founding partner and Portfolio Manager of the Soros Brothers Investments portfolio (“SBI”) until 2018. SBI’s preference in private equity investments is to partner with senior management teams and invest in the creation of companies with high growth potential and dynamic sectors oriented to promote innovation and added value. Previously he worked in New York for JPMorgan as an Emerging Markets Specialist.

ALEJANDRO WALDMAN

CFO

Alejandro has an extensive career in asset management and private equity in New York and London. He worked in Shell and the World Bank in energy-related projects and is involved in several tech companies. He graduated from Columbia University and Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Alejandro is an FRM (Financial Risk Manager) and a CFA (Charter of Financial Analyst) charter holder.

NICOLAS F. SULCIC

DIRECTOR

Nicolás is a driven, goal oriented strategic sales professional with a history of growth and success building businesses from the start-up phase to profitable ongoing operations in extremely competitive markets. Nicolás has been a member of the Honorable Senate of the Argentine Republic working as an Environmental Advisor within the Sustainable Development and Clean Energy Commissions since 2012. Mr. Sulcic is a co-Founder and Executive Director of Sinnerpixel & Setnet.

Gastón is a pharmacist, and he specializes in process validations within the pharmaceutical industry. He has a proven record of growth and success in the development of quality systems and optimizing processes in heavily regulated environments. Gastón is constantly embracing new technologies and has successfully led projects for international companies such as Elea Laboratory and Eurofarma among others.

GASTÓN BENVENUTO

Gastón is a transaction lawyer with more than 12 years of experience in corporate finance, banking law, and corporate law. He has taken part in numerous financial transactions, both local and international, including M&A, corporate reorganizations and debt restructurings. In 2011, he founded BFV Abogados, a boutique firm specializing in corporate law and new technologies. Gastón also teaches at the Universidad de Buenos Aires Law School.
